This is a more recent piece, here's the description I had to work from: Combat Action: Petrify (Brown Dragon)

Action Description:

Using its arcane influence, the brown dragon can entrap a target in thick, thorny vines, creeping moss, and hardened clay until the opponent is enveloped and petrified within the earthen crust.

Spec Description:

In the murky waters of a dark swamp, a female brown dragon of Serpent age battles a male blue dragon of Serpent age. As the blue dragon lunges to attack, the brown methodically uses its magic to summon the surrounding earth essence. Vines explode from the water and writhe around the blue dragon like living serpents, entrapping the blue’s limbs. The blue dragon can only watch in horror as mud climbs up its body and quickly hardens.

That is quite a pile of awesome you had stowed away there! Really beautiful piece all around with the usual nice details and techniques. I wish I could do this!! Excellent!!

I'm going posing with is one too. With the blue dragon you really see him being pulled back. So no problem there, but his head should be looking to what causing the vines to come around him. Where as we get the side of his head. Which looks like... Well I don't know it just doesn't look natural.

The brown dragon the whole pose is off. Yeah sure nice smirk in his face. As if his saying "Ha, I've already won!" But the body just looks like his standing there. Now if you take a look at my art you can see i'm not good.:( However these are things I think would have sold it for me. First is the stance; The feet should be wider, knees bent so his low to the ground, and with his back arched back. The shoulders low and close. Both arms are in front with his hands over his head. His hands are in a fist, as though he just ripped the vines strait from the earth.

Good points. Great shot! As always keep up the great work.
