Just saw AVP....I thought for sure the Predator was going to kiss Lex and in a gravely voice say " I love you." Is it just me or is it not gay to see a chick running along side a predator in the snow? Some of the action and effects were great and there were a few moments but overall I would have done a better job! ....*SPOILER!* Anyway, the movie brings up a interesting idea at the end, so I sketched up what I think it should look like. Basically a mix of both species...

AGGGH!!! Damn you!!! anyways, you've outdone yourself again. the concept design is excellent. I almost saw AvP yestahday but stupid old me forgot me glasses. damnit! =)

Nuh bad!
Actually the Pred-Alien is not that new an idea. Paul Anderson took that from the comics, and also that same thing is in the AVP games, particularly the second one. I don't recall if there was one in the AVP arcade game tho... Tis good stuff. Anywho, yeah in some parts the sentimentality between the Predator and Lex was a bit... too mushy. I didn't like the face much of the Pred either. I liked the one from the first movie the best, it seemed to look the most realistic... but then, that's Stan Winston we're talking about... The man is a master at what he does. Anywho, hope you read the review of the movie I posted up at the Cauldron. See ya round Vegas!

Yeah my friends saw it and said it was so so. And told me about this "Prelien" (predator+alien hybrid) at the end. They even love the predator like i. And think the movie could have been done better.
