Here is my tribute to The Herculoids! If you never heard of these guys you gotta check out the cartoon on the Boomerang channel. I didn't put in Zandor and his family cuz I wanted to focus on the Loids. I used Painter 8 and the acrylics brushes...I wanted to convey form and shape with the painting. Pictured from right to left: Thundro (he shoots energy balls out the horn thing), Gloop and Gleep ( they can form into just about anything to save the day), Zok (the dragon, shoots lazers out his eyes and tail), and Igoo (a rock ape who is very strong). Together they are the Herculoids! Also check out Birdman....

very nice tribute, it brings back a flood of memories of hours spent inside glued to the TV instead of playing outside, god bless cartoons......now does anyone remember the cartoon with the totem pole that could break apart into 3 different creatures, thats al oldie for you as well. great piece, thanks for sharing it with us all.
